Things by Theodore LLC operates the Avian Visitors website, frame services, and illustration bundle catalog. These terms describe use of those services. Purchases, returns, and product warranties are covered by the shop's terms and return policy.

Using the service

Register frames you own or have permission to manage. Keep sign-in links and codes private, and release a frame before passing it to someone else. Use only source addresses you have permission to connect. Do not interfere with the service or other people's accounts.

Bird data and availability

Frames need Wi-Fi, internet access, and email registration for new collages. Bird detections and illustrations can be incomplete or mistaken. They are for observation and enjoyment, not a scientific record.

Third-party software, data sources, and network services remain subject to their own terms and availability. Features and sources may change, and service can be interrupted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular bird appearing.

Illustration bundles

Submit only material you have the right to share under the license you select. Submissions go through automated checks and review before publication. We may decline or remove a bundle that is unsuitable or infringes someone else's rights.

Published bundles include creator attribution and their stated license. Follow that license when using or sharing them. This page does not replace the licenses attached to code, artwork, or third-party material.

Privacy and questions

Our privacy policy explains how we handle information. For help or to report a problem with a bundle, email support@theodore.net. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

We will post updates here with a new effective date.
